Conran And Partners are developing a full refurbishment for the ECE Olympia shopping mall in Brno, Check Republic. Inspired by the Greek mythology and the gods from Olympus, the mall is divided in 4 different areas. In the centre of the complex is where the food court and cinemas are located. The brief from the client was simple: increase the amount of covers and attract people to the epicentre of the building with a limited budget. The package submitted to the client was a RIBA stage D, design intent to be approved and taken to tender by the executive architects.

Conran and Partners están desarrollando una reforma completa para el centro comercial ECE Olympia en Brno, República Checa. Inspirado por la mitología griega y los dioses del Olimpo, el centro comercial se ha zonificado en 4 áreas diferentes. En el centro del complejo es donde se encuentran los cines y el «food court». El cliente simplemente pedía aumentar la ocupación del complejo y atraer a la gente al epicentro del edificio, todo ello con un presupuesto muy limitado. El paquete enviado al cliente ha sido el diseño detallado para ser aprobado y llevado a ejecución por el estudio de arquitectura jefe de obra.
